Winter Break Update

Hi everyone! I know, it's been a while since I have written. Again, I'm sorry. Lots of things have happened since my last post.

1. Graduation
Yay! I am an official college graduate. On all of those interview questions that ask, "What is the highest level of education completed?" I can now put "Bachelor's Degree" instead of "High School or equivalent." I don't feel different though. It feels like just another winter break. When school starts up again in January I'm sure it will sink in.

2. Living at home
I have moved home to Fort Worth for good now. I had to decide between living with my parents or living with my brother. Right now I'm at my parents house but I may move in with my brother in January sometime. We'll see how things go.

3. Unemployment
I have no job. "But Suzie, you don't need a job. You're going to grad school." Yes, I know. But I would prefer to get a full-time job and take one or two classes a semester. Anyone have any contacts at someplace in Dallas-Fort Worth where I can do software engineering?

4. Christmas
I'm done shopping. I went over my budget. I'm OK with that only because I was buying gifts for other people, not myself.

5. Dial-up
Are my parents the only people who still use dial-up? I am so spoiled by the fast ACU internet!

5. Weather
It's cold! And snowing!

6. Harry Potter
July 16th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a good Christmas present!

It's good to be home. And in case I don't write again before Saturday, may your days be merry and bright, and may all your Christmases be white!
